Choosing a specific type of care can be a daunting task especially when it involves our loved ones. It can be difficult and confusing to choose what is best for our loved ones. To ease this up for you, we have formulated a team which can help you in deciding a care plan for your loved ones after talking to you thoroughly and assessing your needs and wishes.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Providing care for our loved ones can be quite heavy on the pocket. To ease this up and to ensure that your loved ones need quality care without any delays. Our team of experts will formulate a plan especially for your loved ones. The plan will include the type of care they require, the tasks that they need help with, how many days do they require help, the carer who will be providing help, the mode of payment and all other details. It will also highlight and personal preferences that you or your loved ones may have.

IS THERE ANY FUNDING THAT CAN SUPPORT OUR CARE PLAN?

Majority of our clients fund their own care plans. However, for a small number of people, we may be able to provide funding’s through Attendance Allowance which is supported by the government and is non-means tested. Continuum of Care is also available from the NHS and is reserved for customers who are over the age of 65 and have any disease such as dementia.

DO I PAY THE CARER DIRECTLY?

No, our carers are directly employed by us on a fixed salary. You do not need to pay them anything at all. All of their salaries and bonuses will be paid by us and you do not need to worry about their payments or salaries.

RE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH AN INITIAL COST OF CARE?

No. There are no initial costs or charges. After you have been initially informed about charges, we continue providing the care according to mutual agreement. The only change in cost comes in when there is a change of plan, change of type of care, change in hours, change in carers or change in days.
There are no hidden charges. All our charges are completely transparent, and you will be provided with a breakdown of total price beforehand.
